Tech Start-ups
The client created a web & downloadable mobile software application in various fields such
as nutrition, food supplements, training and exercises.
IP protection was a first priority.
His strategy was to protect his trademark at EU level and afterwards go international on the
basis of the EU trademark application.
The icon of the app is protected as unregistered community industrial design.
